JSM: Versatile all-round machine for craftsmen with high demands
The JSM is a cost-effective, versatile solution designed for small to medium-sized craft businesses that prioritise exceptional surface quality. It comes in two sanding widths and three equipment packages, making it adaptable for various sanding tasks including solid wood, veneer, and lacquer. With four configurations—single, two, or three-belt options in working widths of 1,100 and 1,350 mm—this machine is ideal for manufacturing kitchen, office, and solid wood furniture, as well as panels. The JSM excels in calibrating and fine sanding solid wood, sanding veneers, intermediate lacquer sanding, and panel cleaning, meeting a wide range of woodworking needs effortlessly.
The standard configurations and equipment packages in detail
The JSM comes equipped with a range of advanced standard features designed to enhance efficiency and ease of use. These include a continuously adjustable feed speed of 3-12 m/min, viewing windows in the belt change doors, a table extension with integrated rollers, and a variable working height for comfortable operation. The 15.6″ touch display, standard interior machine lighting, and slide control for dust extraction further enhance its usability.
The Heesemann table ensures perfectly dimensionally accurate workpieces, accommodating thicknesses from 3 mm to 160 mm. Additional specialised equipment can be added depending on the chosen package. For a small additional cost, the table can be equipped with a vacuum blower, allowing for the seamless processing of small or smooth-surfaced workpieces, as well as workpiece cleaning at the outlet.
If one chooses the PERFORMANCE or ADVANCED package, one get the maintenance-free CSD magnetic pressure beam system for adaptable grinding, motors with frequency converters for a stepless grinding belt speed on all fine grinding units, the oscillating grinding belt radiation and the Belt Manager software. The machines are all remote-capable, which means that service can be carried out quickly and from anywhere via the hotline.
