JOWAT forum 2024 which was organised on June 18, 2024 in Detmold has witnessed a complete success! With 120 participants, 10 inspiring speakers and intensive networking phases, the Jowat Forum was a successful event for the construction industry. Their speakers covered a wide range of current topics basically based on the present scenario of construction industry, it’s challenges and more. It was indeed a fruitful forum for woodworking industry, construction as well adhesive industry professionals.
Ulf Morfeld, Managing Director of Grauthoff Türengruppe GmbH, shed light on the “Development of distribution channels in challenging times”. Moritz Steinruck from the Egger Holzwerkstoffe Wismar GmbH & Co. KG spoke about “Wood as a resource – does it need a rethink?!” Markus Hüllmann, CEO of the Kraft Group, showed how the balancing act between standardization and batch size 1 can be achieved in mass customisation. In addition, there were many other exciting lectures that offered valuable insights and suggestions.
Also, the professionals shed lights on the various issues and one of the prime issue was sustainability – the major issue in today’s world. To conclude, everyone was happy to attend this informative forum and JOWAT offered their gratitude to all the participants, speakers and partners who made this day special and extraordinary.
