Olli Nikitin (LL.M.) has been named General Counsel of Koskisen Corporation. He will assume his role by August 12, 2024, at the latest. Reporting directly to CEO Jukka Pahta, Nikitin will also be a member of the Group Management Team. He joins Koskisen from the law firm Merilampi, where he served as a partner.
“I warmly welcome Olli to Koskisen to support the company’s growth journey and at the same time strengthen the extensive expertise and experience of the Management Team. We have had the opportunity to cooperate with Olli for a long time, and now I am glad to say that our cooperation will become even closer,” says CEO Jukka Pahta.
“Koskisen is a familiar company to me from my previous role as an attorney. It is great to continue developing the company and to join in a very interesting growth phase,” says Olli Nikitin.
