SCM Group finalises an agreement with Tecno Logica

SCM Group signed an agreement with Tecno Logica to take over control of its share capital. This strategic move aims to enhance the product and service portfolio of the Rimini-based group by incorporating Tecno Logica’s integrated, scalable, and modular systems, which are tailored for the large automotive, furniture, and door manufacturing sectors. Based in Treviso, Tecno Logica is renowned for its highly productive and flexible systems, catering to a broad spectrum of industrial processes.

Marco Mancini, CEO of SCM Group, said: “This acquisition further strengthens our leadership in the aluminium, composite materials and wood processing sectors, where we are already present with our brands. It also opens up opportunities in the top end of the market with the possibility of anticipating new trends and innovating our offer in an even more strategic way”.

“Joining a solid multinational company such as SCM Group,” adds Mirko Piasentin, CEO of Tecno Logica, who remains a shareholder of the company, “will facilitate wider access to leading customers all over the world thanks to the group’s direct presence and widespread sales and service organisation.”

SCM Group is pleased to welcome Mirko Piasentin and his team into the Group with the aim to pursue together the effective partnership. Through this partnership both the parties are looking forward to the future of high technology.
