Boise Cascade Company (Boise Cascade) (NYSE: BCC) announced today that it has elected Erin Nuxoll as vice president of human resources. Erin previously served as Boise Cascade’s vice president of human resources from 2003 to 2005 before leaving to join the J. R. Simplot Company (Simplot). During her 23-year tenure with Boise Cascade, Erin also served as director of HR for BMD as well as various HR roles in Wood Products.
Most recently, Erin was the senior vice president of human resources for Simplot with key roles in the total rewards strategy, leadership development, and merger and acquisitions. She recently retired from Simplot.
“Erin brings a unique mix to Boise Cascade’s HR function. With her tenure with the company and HR leadership roles at the corporate level, as well with BMD and Wood Products, she will certainly fit in well as part of the Boise Cascade team. She also brings a fresh, outside perspective to us that will benefit us greatly. We are fortunate that Erin has agreed to rejoin our senior executive team,” commented Tom Corrick, chief executive officer.
Erin is a graduate of Washington State University with a degree in forest management and from Gonzaga University with a master’s degree in organizational leadership.
